Steelnex Precision operates a fully integrated manufacturing setup spread across 75,000 Sq. Ft., equipped with advanced Tokyu Japan automatic molding lines, 6kW fiber laser cutters, 8-axis robotic welding cells, and precision CNC machining centers. Our facilities are engineered to handle high-volume OEM production while maintaining strict dimensional accuracy and operational efficiency.
With a liquid metal casting capacity of 24,000 MT per annum (2,000 MT/month) and seamless tube manufacturing capacity of 60,000 MT per annum, we serve global OEMs across automotive, tractor, hydraulics, valves, agriculture, and general engineering industries.
Our manufacturing units offer complete end-to-end production control—from automated sand preparation and core shooting to induction melting, high-pressure molding, laser cutting, robotic welding, precision machining, and non-destructive testing—ensuring reliable quality at every stage.

Our production plant is equipped with high-speed automated molding lines, fiber laser cutting units, robotic welding cells, and high-precision CNC machining equipment. The combination of skilled engineering talent and automated Japanese & European machinery ensures exact repeatability, tight tolerances, and superior surface finishing across all components.
We operate a complete machinery spectrum—including Tokyu Japan high-pressure molding, Inductotherm induction melting, 6kW fiber laser cutters, 8-axis robotic welding, 500-ton hydraulic presses, CNC Turning Centers, VMCs, and VTLs. Every pattern, tool, and fixture is managed in-house for maximum operational reliability.

Automated Foundry

Laser Cutting & Fabrication
6kW Fiber Laser (up to 25mm CS / 20mm SS), 8-axis robotic welding cell, and 4+1 Axis CNC press brakes.

At Steelnex Precision, maintaining clean shop-floor air quality and controlled process emissions is an integral part of our plant setup. Our facility is fully equipped with high-capacity air filtration and extraction infrastructure designed to capture dust, sand particles, and process fumes generated during heavy casting, melting, and fabrication operations.
We operate a centralized 65,000 m³/hr high-capacity dust collection system integrated with 16 strategically positioned suction hoods across key production zones. Paired with a dedicated 15,000 m³/hr fume extraction network, our plant ensures continuous air purification and a dust-free work environment across all manufacturing stages.
